Advantages:

Быстрое бронирование, оперативное заселение, достаточно тихо - окна во двор. Рядом Лукойл - удобно для ночевки в дороге. Кухонная техника есть, +/- рабочее, ТВ работает, интернет не проверяли. Парковка во дворе есть - машин много и тесно. Во дворе есть детская площадка.

Disadvantages:

Стойкий запах курева в квартире - в описание курение разрешено в определенных местах, видимо по всей квартире. Из постельного на 4 спальных места было 3 простынки и 3 пододеяльника, на батареях висели полотенца - просто сушились или предыдущие жильцы повесили - неизвестно...
