Advantages:

Приезжали в холод и обрадовались, что квартира очень теплая. Дом хоть и старенький, но чистенькой и опрятный. В квартире всё опрятно и удобно для проживания. Вежливый и приятные хозяева.

Disadvantages:

Были недочёты, но сразу после обращения, все были устранены.
